HOW IT WORKS

PHASE I – Discovery
ADG guides tech and non-tech stakeholders through the process of converting ideas and goals for the space into detailed executable project specification. A&E, IT, Admins, and anyone who will manage access control enrolment and AV presentation setup will be included in Phase I.

PHASE II – Documentation
ADG takes information from Phase I and develops a plan to maximize budget, value, and functionality. Drawings and specifications are created. Architects and engineers, IT, admins, and anyone who will manage access control enrolment and AV presentation setup will be included in Phase II.

PHASE III – RFPs
ADG begins infrastructure coordination and design architectural intent with architects and engineers. Based on the drawings and specs from Phase II, Acorn qualifies vendors, certifies material availability, and finalizing “for construction pricing.” Coordination with furniture team, hardware supplier, IT and MEP.

PHASE IV – Construction Administration & Close-Out
Finalize recommendations for the construction contracts, gather submittals data for adherence to specifications, create the technology construction schedule, provide on-site construction progress monitoring, invoice verification, resolve constructability conflicts, and enforce close out documentation and systems training.
